It’s been snowing this past week where I live. It’s a very rare experience so I was delighted to have a chance to stop what I was doing, pick up a camera and have some fun.
Snow is a short video I put together to celebrate the late term snow we had in England this last week (march 2023). It was born purely of a childish excitement to go out and have fun in the snow, but I also took it as an opportunity to pick up a camera and film some footage to practice some editing on when I got back. The footage wasn’t of the highest quality as I was trying unsuccessfully to use a gimble. Because the footage was of a relatively low quality, I decided a retro feeling would fit as it was very ‘homemade’ in its essence. Given that it was something put together over a few hours on a Sunday evening, I’m pleased with the results.
